Grayson Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
A spicy nose, very subtle with a medium-smooth mouth feel, light and easy, with a subtle oak, but a bit less bold than you would expect in a Cabernet.

Shenandoah "Special Reserve" Zinfandel
California. This lovely wine is a classic example of the Amador Zinfandel style. The wine is full bodied and only moderately tannic with beautiful structure and strong fruit. The flavors are complex, and the finish is long and satisfying. This wine is extremely versatile, light enough to accompany any lunch fare, yet a perfect companion to pastas, roasts, steaks and cheeses.
