Rates at the Phineas Swann are per night, based on mid-week or weekend stays, and vary by season. All rates include private bathrooms, full gourmet breakfast, internet access in all rooms, in-room courtesy phones with toll free calling anywhere in the US or Canada, in room digital cable TV and DVD player with DVD library, endless coffee, spring water, or tea and all- day fresh baked goodies.

Green Room: from $149 to $449
Red Room: from $149 to $449
Blue Room: from $149 to $449
Carriage House Suites*:
Honeymoon Suite: from $149 to $549

Green Mountain Suite: from $149 - $549
River House Suites*:
First Floor Suite: from $169 to $599 daily (2 day minimum)
Second Floor Suite: from $169 to $599 daily (2 day minimum)
Additional Persons
*Rates are based on two persons in the suite. There is an additional $20 fee per person per night for additional persons in the suite.
Additional Dogs
*For guests traveling with dogs: there is no fee for one dog staying with you during your visit. For more than one dog, there is a $25 flat fee per stay for each additional dog to help defray cleaning costs.
Vacation Packages
To enhance your vacation experience, The Phineas Swann also offers several Vacation Packages which include room reservations as well as many extras. Our Vacation Packages are offered seasonally and year-round.
Vacation Packages may not be available during Holiday Periods.

- A 15% gratuity will be added to all rooms and suites.
