All-Inclusive Weddings

At Phineas Swann Inn & Spa, we believe your Vermont wedding should reflect your personal style, so we work with our couples to make their wedding day a true reflection of who they are. Unlike other venues, we host only one wedding per weekend, so you have exclusive use of the property and never feel like your special day is just one of many.

We offer an on-site ceremony in a beautiful wedding pavilion in our gardens with white farm benches. If you prefer, there's an option to have your ceremony in the historic church just down the street. Your reception for up to 125 guests will be hosted in our beautiful 1880 Wedding Barn, adorned with chandeliers, farm tables, and equipped with a sound system. As part of this all-inclusive New England wedding package, we provide catering, linens, china, stemware, and tableware.

Venue-Only Weddings

Looking for just the perfect wedding spot and want to take care of the details yourself? Consider our Venue-Only option.

We offer use of our beautiful gardens, Wedding Pavillion, and 1880 Reception Barn for up to five hours. You can bring in your own caterer or food provider for the event.

State law dictates that no outside alcohol can be brought on site, but we can provide that at a reasonable charge. Use of tables and chairs in the Reception Barn, and farm benches for the ceremony are included.
